Returns & Exchanges

At Drift, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and secure it to your package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
